Products are shipped via RoyalMail Tracked 24 to your home
Your sample is collected by DHL and shipped to our labs in Germany.
Custom clearance will take a few days and sample be processed by lab in 7 days
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How It Works
We accept ColoAlert packages back for a full refund if it is returned within 14 days in an unused/undamaged condition. We cannot accept packages that has been damaged or used.
